Pricing (On enquiry):

- All prices are in AUD$

- GST is excluded in displayed price.

- Right to correct pricing errors.

Ordering and Acceptance:

- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

- It is Southern Cross Nursery’s right to refuse or cancel orders any time due to factors beyond our control such as, but not limited to weather events, bio security, stock loss etc.

- Stock is subject to availability.

Stock Quality Policies:

- Photos are indicative only.

- Sizes are approximate such as, but not limited to height, pot size, canopy etc.

- Seasonal variations may affect appearances.

- As plants are a living organism, natural variation in size, shape, colour and growth is expected.

- Plants are treated with a Bifenthrin insecticide as per product guidelines before dispatch.

Payment Terms:

- Accepted payment methods are direct debit only.

Packaging, Delivery, Freight and Collection:

- Freight pickup and delivery times are dependent on individual freight company’s terms and conditions.

- The customer needs to identify the freight company account they wish to use.

- Orders greater than two plants will be packaged/wrapped on pallets according to order size and total quantity.

- Orders less than two plants can be packaged/wrapped individually to reduce freight space.

- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure any interstate deliveries adhere to specific state rules and regulations.

- Photos are available upon request of plants prior to dispatch.

Stock Returns, Refunds and Replacements:

- No change of mind return on plants.

- Notification time frame for damaged or incorrect orders 48hrs from time of dispatch. 

- Photos required for any claims.

- Replacement or credit is at Southern Cross Nursery’s discretion.

- No refunds for mistreatment of plants such as, but not limited to weather damage, housing, planting, watering, poor environment or neglect.
